All products I make are handmade for each customer. Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer returns/refunds. However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, if you have any issues with your order please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING
CANADIAN SHIPPING - WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES
We ship all of our products with the carrier of our choice unless specified other wise which includes tracking. Average delivery time is 2-13 business days, but can be longer during peak seasons. Please see our shop announcement for any possible delays. This shop is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact me ASAP and provide photos of the box, shipping label and damaged item.
PROCESSING TIME
Our shop processing time varies by item, but can be found on each product listing (we make sure that this is kept up to date). We are often able to send out orders quicker than the processing time listed.
